At the start of 2025, the Town Council established its Economic Development Committee. The Council and town administration have always been supportive of economic growth within our community and forming this committee demonstrates a strategic step to improve that focus.
For the foreseeable future the three main initiatives of the committee are as follows:
- Foster plans and initiatives to improve the business presence and the economic success along Route 35
- Provide programs and policies that support existing and new small businesses to help them grow with in Ocean Township.
- Offer awareness and guidance to our business community to capitalize on the opportunities that the Netflix operations will offer Ocean.
Our plans are to involve a variety of perspectives across a host of businesses and overall community as we pursue these goals.
The Greater Ocean Township Chamber of Commerce (GOTCC) and our Ocean Township Economic Development Committee are excited to be offering this important FREE "Introduction to AI" Seminar geared for our local small businesses.
