UNDERAGE ALCOHOL PARTY AND DRUG ARREST

ACCUSED: 20 yr old male Ocean Twp resident, 20 year old male Ocean twp resident, 22 year old male Ocean Twp resident. 

NARRATIVE:
     In the early morning hours of Sunday August 27, 2006 at about 02:45 AM the Ocean Township Police responded to a report of a loud party on Whalepond Rd. PO Doug Willms, PO Kathleen Delanoy and PO Kevin Redmond responded to the area and located a large group of people who had been attending a house party in the area. Several of the partygoers fled on foot into a wooded area. The police were able to locate the house where the party was taking place. Based on their on scene investigation the officers determined that people under age 21 had been possessing and consuming alcoholic beverages at the party. The three male residents of the house were arrested for providing alcoholic beverages to under age persons as well as possession of marijuana under 50 grams and possession of drug paraphernalia, a metal pipe. 6 People at the party were issued Twp. Ordinances for underage drinking.
     All those charged were released on summons. Police seized the drugs, paraphernalia and a beer keg.
