TEXAS FUGITIVE ARRESTED

NARRATIVE
On 12/13/07 at approximately 6:08 pm, Officer Dimitrios
Kelesidis was on patrol in the area of Hwy 35 in the Ocean Plaza Shopping
Center. He observed a 1992 white Nissan driving erratically through the
shopping center parking lot. Kelesidis subsequently stopped the Nissan just
outside the shopping center on Valley Road. Further investigation revealed
that the driver, identified as Christopher Edward Patterson, was found to
have an active warrant for his arrest from Dallas County Texas. While
waiting to confirm the warrant, Patterson asked to be taken to his room at
the Tower Motel where he was currently staying. While at the room officers
found that he and his roommate, identified as Nancy Ann Delriccio were also
in possession of glass pipes commonly used to smoke crack cocaine.
The Texas warrant was confirmed and it was determined that Patterson was
wanted for violating his probation on charges of Aggravated Assault and
Assaulting a Police Officer in Texas. Both were arrested and transported to
OTPD for further processing. Patterson was charged with Possession of Drug
Paraphernalia and being a Fugitive from Justice. He was later taken to
Monmouth County Jail on $52,500.00 bail. Delriccio was charged with
Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and released on a criminal summons.
