LOCATION: Valley Road
OFFICERS INVOLVED: Dimitrios Kelesidis and William Crosta
ACCUSED: Christopher Edward Patterson, age 49 of Coppell, Texas
Nancy Ann Delriccio, age 42 of Ocean Twp.

NARRATIVE
On 12/13/07 at approximately 6:08 pm, Officer Dimitrios Kelesidis was on patrol in the area of Hwy 35 in the Ocean Plaza Shopping Center. He observed a 1992 white Nissan driving erratically through the shopping center parking lot. Kelesidis subsequently stopped the Nissan just outside the shopping center on Valley Road. Further investigation revealed that the driver, identified as Christopher Edward Patterson, was found to have an active warrant for his arrest from Dallas County Texas. While waiting to confirm the warrant, Patterson asked to be taken to his room at the Tower Motel where he was currently staying. While at the room officers found that he and his roommate, identified as Nancy Ann Delriccio were also in possession of glass pipes commonly used to smoke crack cocaine.
The Texas warrant was confirmed and it was determined that Patterson was wanted for violating his probation on charges of Aggravated Assault and Assaulting a Police Officer in Texas. Both were arrested and transported to OTPD for further processing. Patterson was charged with Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and being a Fugitive from Justice. He was later taken to Monmouth County Jail on $52,500.00 bail. Delriccio was charged with Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and released on a criminal summons.
