UNDERAGE DRINKING INCIDENT

NARRATIVE
     On 11-24-07 at approximately 10:24 pm, Police were called when a neighbor noticed a group of juveniles at a residence located on Old Farm Road. The owners of that residence were reportedly away on vacation. Police arrived on scene and learned that several juveniles were using the home to gather and consume alcoholic beverages. One of the juveniles was a family friend of the homeowners and decided to host a party at the house while they were away. Police located a bottle of Rum and a bottle of Vodka along with numerous empty cans of Red Bull energy drink inside the home. Two 17-year-old males and 17-year-old female were taken into custody. Other juveniles that were at the house fled prior to police arrival. The investigation is continuing into identifying the other juveniles that were present. The two males were all charged with Consuming Alcoholic Beverages on Private Property While under the legal age and Trespassing. The 17-year-old female was charged with trespassing. They were all later released to their parents.
