FUGITIVE ARREST

ACCUSED: Outtama Thavone, age 24, Ocean, NJ
NARRATIVE:
On 11/6/07, acting on information developed by this
agency, P.O. Morgan conducted a traffic stop on a motor vehicle operated by
Outtama Thavone who was a wanted fugitive. On 10/8/07, Thavone escaped from
the Northern State Prison’s Kintock Halfway House. Information was developed
that Mr. Thavone was living in Ocean Township. P.O. Morgan observed Mr.
Thavone operating a motor vehicle on Willow Drive and, with the assistance
of P.O. Piantanida, arrested Mr. Thavone without incident. A subsequent
consent search of Mr. Thavone’s apartment yielded a small quantity of
suspected Ecstasy pills and two small bags of suspected Marijuana. Mr.
Thavone was additionally charged with Possession of CDS (Ecstasy) and
Possession of under 50 Grams of Marijuana. Two additional outstanding
contempt of court warrants were discovered for Mr. Thavone. A warrant for
$100.00 was from Loch Arbour and one from Wall Township for $300.00. Mr.
Thavone was subsequently transported to the Monmouth County Correctional
Institute.
