DRUG ARRESTS

OFFICERS INVOLVED: Mathew Jackiewicz, Kevin Meseroll and Sgt. Charles Weinkofsky.
ACCUSED: Vivian Guhar Zohrabian, Age 20 of Tinton Falls.
Artem Manukyan, Age 22 of Tinton Falls.

NARRATIVE
     On 10/12/2007 at 7:00 pm, Officer Mather Jackiewicz was on patrol in the area of the Park Boulevard Recreation Park. Jackiewicz observed the occupants of a 2003 Toyota, which was parked in the lot after hours, acting suspiciously. Further investigation revealed that the occupants of the vehicle identified as Vivian Guhar Zohrabian, age 20 and Artem Manukyan, age 22, both of Tinton Falls were using crack cocaine. Jackiewicz also found heroin and glass pipes, commonly used to ingest crack cocaine, inside the Toyota. Both occupants were placed under arrest at the scene and subsequently transported to OTPD and processed.
     Both Zohrabian and Manukyan were charged with Possession of Heroin, Possession of Crack Cocaine and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Both were later released on a criminal summons. The 2003 Toyota was subsequently seized under state criminal forfeiture guidelines.
