UNDERAGE DRINKING PARTY

LOCATION: Residence on Campbell Court
OFFICERS INVOLVED: William Crosta , Casey Larrison and Leslie Laffan.

NARRATIVE:
     On 9/30/07 at approximately 1:00 AM, Police responded to a complaint of noise at a Campbell Court residence. Officers William Crosta and Casey Larrison responded and upon arrival found several persons out on the front porch screaming and talking loudly. Further investigation revealed that a party was in progress at the residence and some of the partygoers were under the age of 21. Officers also observed numerous empty beer cans and beer cups through out the residence. The host of the party and resident was identified as Scott A. Burke, Age 20. He was subsequently arrested and taken to OTPD for further processing. Burke was charged with Providing Alcoholic Beverages to Persons Under the Legal Age and later released on a criminal summons. In addition, police also issued township ordinance violations for Consuming Alcoholic Beverages on Private Property While under the legal age to six partygoers. They are as follows:

     And a township ordinance for noise was issued to
