UNDERAGE DRINKING PARTY

NARRATIVE
On 8/18/07 at approximately 9:56 pm, police responded to a residence on North Woods Road after receiving an anonymous tip that an underage drinking party was taking place. Sgt. Charles Weinkofsky and Officer Dimitrios Kelesidis arrived on scene and found several juveniles outside the home, one of which was drinking liquor from a cup. Sgt. Brendan Bruther and Officer Jason Lester also arrived on scene to assist. Further investigation revealed that a 16-year-old female, whose parents were out for the evening, was hosting the party. During the investigation a large group of juveniles was found to be consuming beer and vodka in the basement area of the home. As a result, police arrested twenty-two juveniles between 15-years-old and 17-years-old for consuming and/or possessing alcoholic beverages on private property while under the legal age. A violation of township ordinance. They were all transported to OTPD for processing and later released to their parents. Police also issued ordinance violations to Seth R. Ridner, age 18 of Ocean Township and Paige A. Nekras, age 18 also of Ocean Township. They were released at the scene.

2- 15-year-old females of Ocean Township.
2- 15-year-old males of Ocean Township.
11- 16-year-old females, all of Ocean Township.
3- 16-year-old males, all of Ocean Township.
1- 17-year-old female of Ocean Township.
3- 17-year-old males of Ocean Township.
