NARRATIVE
     On 8/10/2007 at approximately 5:54 PM, officers from the Special Assignment Unit were on patrol in the area of Logan Road and Sunset Ave. Sgt. Charles Weinkofsky observed two male juveniles in a small wooded area acting suspiciously. Further investigation revealed that the two teens were spraying the contents of an aerosol can in their faces and inhaling the spray in an attempt to intoxicate themselves. Officer Dimitrios Kelesidis assisted Weinkofsky. Both teens were then taken into custody. The 17-year-old also had a small pipe in his possession commonly used for smoking marijuana. The product they were using to inhale was identified as “Dust Off” a product commonly used to clean computer components such as keyboards.
     Both teens were taken to OTPD and later released to their parents.
