UNDERAGE DRINKING INCIDENT

ACCUSED: Alexis J. Santti, Age 25 of Asbury Park
Cristian D. Poco, Age 19 of Neptune
Juan C. Guerro-Sanchez, Age 20 of Asbury Park

NARRATIVE:
     On 7/27/2007 at approximately 8:45 pm, officers assigned to the Special Assignment Unit were on quality of life patrol specifically targeting under age drinking. During this patrol, officers observed Alexis Santti enter the Save-Rite liquor store and make a purchase. Santti then exited the store with beer, vodka and tequila. He was then joined by Poco and Guerro-Sanchez who were both waiting outside the store. The three then placed the alcoholic beverages in a Ford Explorer and prepared to drive out of the parking lot. Officers then confronted the trio and learned that Santti purchased the alcohol for Poco who is 19-years-old and Guerro-Sanchez who is 20-years-old. The three were arrested at the scene and transported to OTPD for further processing.
     Santti was charged with providing alcoholic beverages to persons under the legal age. Poco and Guerro-Sanchez were charged with having another purchase alcoholic beverages while under the legal age. All were later released on a criminal summonses.
