UNDERAGE DRINKING PARTY

LOCATION: Logan Road Residence

OFFICERS INVOLVED: Thomas Thompson, Daniel Weber and Sonia Henriques.

ACCUSED: Sean M. McDonough, Age 20 of Ocean Twp.

NARRATIVE:
     On 7/24/07 at approximately 11:30 PM, Police were called to a Logan Road residence in reference to an underage drinking party. Officers Thomas Thompson, Daniel Weber and Sonia Henriques responded to investigate. They determined that a party had taken place where persons under the legal age were drinking. Officers found numerous empty beer cans and bottles throughout the home along with bottles of liquor and drug paraphernalia. As a result, the 20-year-old resident, identified as Sean M. McDonough, was arrested at the scene and taken to OTPD. He was processed and charged with Providing Alcoholic Beverages to Persons under the Legal Age and Possessing Drug Paraphernalia. He was later released on a criminal summons. He was also issued a Township Ordinance violation summonses for Consuming Alcoholic Beverages On Private Property While under the Legal Age. A 15-year-old female from Long Branch was also taken into custody for Consuming Alcoholic Beverages On Private Property While under the Legal Age. She was taken to OTPD and later released to her parents. Additionally, police issued Township Ordinance violation summonses for Consuming Alcoholic Beverages On Private Property While under the Legal Age to eight partygoers. All were released at the scene.   Daniel B Lieber, Age 19 of Long Branch
  Andrew Cohen, Age 20 of Ocean Twp.
  Kyle R Arcomano, Age 20 of Long Branch
