UNDERAGE DRINKING PARTY

ACCUSED: Tara E Eagel, Age 21 of Ocean Twp.

NARRATIVE
     On 7/15/07 at approximately 12:13 AM, Police were called to a Berkley Ave residence in reference to an underage drinking party. Officers Thomas Thompson, Scott Valenti and Sonia Henriques responded to investigate. They determined that a party had taken place and was in the process of concluding. Officers found numerous empty beer cans and empty beer cups throughout the home along with a tapped keg of beer. As a result, the resident, a 21-year-old identified as Tara E. Eagle was arrested at the scene and taken to OTPD. She was processed and charged with Providing Alcoholic Beverages to Persons under the Legal Age. She was later released on a Summons. Additionally, police issued Township Ordinance violation summonses for Consuming Alcoholic Beverages On Private Property While under the Legal Age to ten partygoers. All were released at the scene. They are identified as the following:
