UNDERAGE DRINKING PARTY

NARRATIVE
     On the above date and time, P.O. Del Tin was dispatched to a residence on Springhouse Road in reference to a noise complaint. Upon arrival with the other listed officers, contact was made with the resident of the house, Artem Grishin, age 20, Ocean, NJ. Further investigation revealed numerous other underage persons consuming alcoholic beverages inside that residence. Mr. Grishin was placed under arrest for providing alcoholic beverage to underage persons, consuming alcoholic beverages on private property (township ordinance) and a noise ordinance violation. He was transported to OTPD for processing. He was released on a complaint summons. Thirteen other adults under the legal age of 21 were issued township ordinance summonses for consuming alcoholic beverages under the legal age on private property. They were released at the scene.
