UNDERAGE DRINKING ARRESTS

ACCUSED: Willy Rodriguez, age 19, Ocean Township, NJ

NARRATIVE:
     On 2/24/08 the Township of Ocean police Department responded to a reported loud party, on Willow Drive, involving underage persons consuming alcoholic beverages. Upon arrival police discovered a loud party taking place involving underage persons consuming alcoholic beverages. The apartment tenant, Willy Rodriguez was arrested and charged with one count of providing alcoholic beverages to persons under the legal age of 21. He was also charged with one count of violating the Township noise ordinance and one count of violating the Township ordinance for underage consumption of alcoholic beverages in a private residence. Six other partygoers were charged with the same township ordinance violation for consuming alcoholic beverages under the legal age of 21 in a private residence. Mr. Rodriguez was transported to police headquarters processed and released on a complaint summons pending a March court appearance.
     The following persons were issued township ordinances at the scene and released pending March court appearances:

          Dana M. Johnson, age 19, Toms River, NJ
          Thomas J. Benincasa, age 19, Oakhurst, NJ
          Brittney L. Bazydlo, age 19, Brick, NJ
