UNDERAGE DRINKING ARRESTS

LOCATION: Lake Ave residence
OFFICERS INVOLVED: Sgt. Thomas Burke, Daniel Weber, John Goncalves, Ryan Vaccaro and Bryan Morgan.
ACCUSED: Daniel T. Black, Age 20 of Atlantic Highlands.
Daniel R. Bate, Age 20 of Milburn.
Matthew G. Rossine, Age 20 of Lincroft.

NARRATIVE
     On 1/11/08 at approximately 11:44 pm, Police received an anonymous call about a Lake Ave residence located in the Oakhurst section of town. The caller simply stated the address and then hung up. Officer Daniel Weber responded to investigate. Upon arrival, Weber found a loud party at the residence. He was soon assisted by Officers John Goncalves, Ryan Vaccaro and Sgt. Thomas Burke. Further investigation revealed that underage drinking was taking place at the party. Officers found numerous beer cups throughout the home along with a keg. As a result, the three persons renting the home were taken into custody for providing alcohol to persons under the legal age to purchase. The three were identified as Daniel T. Black, Daniel R. Bate and Matthew G. Rossine. They were all transported to OTPD for further processing. Each was charged with Providing Alcoholic Beverages to Persons under the Legal Age and later released on a criminal summons. Each was also issued a Township Ordinance violation summons for Excessive Noise. Additionally, police issued Township Ordinance violation summonses for Consuming Alcoholic Beverages on Private Property While under the Legal Age to thirty(30) partygoers. All were released at the scene. They are identified as the following:

          Molly Passarella, Age 20 of Atco.
          Kelly Fiedler, Age 19 of Old Tappan.
          Sean Golden, Age 20 of Locust.
          Brittney Hogan, Age 19 of Middletown.
          Daniel Minett, Age 19 of Red Bank.
          Robert Stenger, Age 19 of Red Bank.
          Kristoffer Solaas, Age 20 of Atlantic Highlands.
          Andrew Rutolo, Age 20 of Atlantic Highlands.
          Scott Hasbrouck, Age 20 of Middletown.
          Matthew Pazos, Age 20 of Middletown.
          Melanie Miller , Age 20 of Middletown.
          Dominic Bavaro, Age 19 of Monmouth Junction.
          Daniel Fernandez, Age 19 of Middletown.
          Sarah Wolfson, Age 19 of Marlboro.
          Alexandra Jenco, Age 20 of Middletown.
          Francesca Vernoia, Age 20 of Middletown.
          Keith Laudati, Age 20 of Cranford.
          Jade Ostner, Age 20 of Matawan.
          Courtney Niven, Age 19 of Red Bank.
          Sara Schwartz, Age 19 of Plainsboro.
          Christopher Reilly, Age 18 of Red Bank.
          Marissa Tassello, Age 20 of Middletown.
          Nicole Magrino, Age 19 of Belford.
          John Neely, Age 19 of Short Hills.
          Michael Bennett, Age 19 of Somerset.
          Michelle Fiaschi, Age 20 of Hurrington.
          Nicholas Sgroi, Age 20 of Brick.
          Angela Sommese, Age 19 of Lyndhurst.
     Officers also took three 17-year-old females, all from Middletown, into protective custody at the scene. They were not charged and later released to their parents.
