The Ocean Township Museum will hold an Open House on Saturday, May 5, 2012 from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and on Sunday, May 6 from 12:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. at 703 Deal Road, Ocean, NJ. 

Events will include a walking tour of the historic Stucile Farm; a movie ("The Return of Dracula");  and on Sunday, the Opening of the Norma Eberhart Art Show.

Stucile Farm is the property that, today, is where the Ocean Township Library, The Township of Ocean Historical Museum and the Office of Human Services Buildings are located, and is a portion of Joe Palaia Park. It was known as Poplar Brook Farm from the 1960's to the 1990's when it was owned by the Terner family. 

Our walking tour is by reservation only. In addition, it will require you to walk around the property (a distance of approximately a mile). A donation of $3.00 per adult is required for this tour. Donations are for the benefit of the Museum. Call the Museum at (732) 531-2136 to reserve a spot today.
