The Monmouth County Regional Health Commission #1 is conducting a Flu/Pneumonia immunization clinic at the West Park Rec. Center on West Park Avenue in Ocean on Tuesday, October 19, 2010 from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. 

Flu/pneumonia immunizations will be offered to persons over 12 years of age.  The cost for Non-Medicate elibible participants will be $23.00 for the flu shot and $45.00 for the pneumonia shot.  Eligible Medicare Participants Having Part B (medical) Insurance need just present their Medicare card.  No other insurance is accepted. 

Any changes will be posted on their website www.mcrhc.org.  The Commission will make every effort to adhere to clinic schedule, but retained the right, due to circumstances beyond their control, to modify eligibility requirements, time, dates, and/or cancel clinics as directed or needed.
