The Department of Human Services of the Township of Ocean, comprised of the Community Services Office, the Recreation Office, and the non-profit school-aged childcare program, Project Extend, provides integrated and comprehensive services that promote the welfare of the community, the positive development of youth, and the strengthening of families.
