The Construction and Building Division of the Department of Community Development is responsible for:
* The issuance and inspection of all construction permits, both residential and commercial
* The issuance and maintenance of business license records.
* The review and issuance of tree removal permits.
* The recording and monitoring of going-out-of-business sales.
* Provide permits for garage sales.
