Positive Treatment for Positive Change...

Counseling provides people with the opportunity to change. You may be considering a change in habits or attitudes that interfere with success, happiness, or relationships. You may be adjusting to changes in your life associated with grief, loss, or transition. You may be considering these changes as a result of your own insights or at the suggestion or even the requirements of others. In any event, positive change is possible if it is built on your strengths and resources.

At Ocean Township Human Services, counseling is provided by well-trained and licensed professionals from a variety of disciplines including: psychologists, counselors, social workers, marriage and family counselors, and drug and alcohol counselors.

Our programs promote change by utilizing result oriented strategies that have been supported by research including: positive psychology, motivational enhancement strategies, and cognitive-behavioral methods.
