Community Services Staff
Sharon Moleski, MA, LPC, LCADC, CCMHC, NCC, ACS, CCS — Community Services Director
Sharon Moleski is director of the Community Services Program and co-director of the Department of Human Services. She has extensive experience in counseling and treatment of drug and alcohol addiction. She supervises the department's counseling staff, directs the training of counseling interns and supervises outreach programs to seniors and youth.
Stephen Marks, MA, LPC — Stephen Marks bases his practice on the principles of cognitive and reality therapies, focusing on helping clients develop strategies for leading more adaptive and self-motivated lives through clearer thinking, improved communication and more directed decision making. He works with adults, adolescents and families in areas including anxiety, depression, codependency, substance use and relationship conflict. He has a master's degree in clinical mental health counseling from Georgian Court University and is a Licensed Professional Counselor. He has facilitated adult groups for anger management, male perpetrators of domestic violence and substance abuse, along with healthy development groups for adolescent males.
Ashley Egleston, MA, LPC, NCC, SAC — Ashley Egleston is the Student Assistance Counselor at Ocean Township Intermediate School, providing counseling services to adolescents with a wide range of concerns. In addition, Ashley works at the Department of Human Services with adults and youth, using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy and Solution Focused Therapy. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor and has a master's degree in clinical mental health counseling from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
Bruce MacBeth, MS,LAC, NCC — Bruce MacBeth works with adolescents, adults and families who feel "stuck," tapping into their natural strengths to overcome patterns of anxiety, depression, grief, addiction and trauma. He creates trusting environments using a combination of talk and action therapies rooted in Adlerian and cognitive principles where clients can safely explore their issues, redefine relationships and experience meaningful healing. Bruce is a Licensed Associate Counselor and holds a master's degree in clinical mental health counseling from Monmouth University.
Jennifer Appio — Jennifer Appio serves as administrative assistant for the Community Services Department and handles the scheduling for the counseling staff and programs. She also coordinates the Meals on Wheels and transportation programs that serve the Township's seniors.
