Kathy Reiser — Recreation Director
Responsibilities include overseeing recreation programs, parks and facilities, renovations and capital projects.
Sharon Moleski, MA, LPC, LCADC, CCMHC, NCC, ACS, CCS Sharon Moleski is director of the Community Services Program and co-director of the Department of Human Services. She has extensive experience in counseling and treatment of drug and alcohol addiction. She supervises the department's counseling staff, directs the training of counseling interns and supervises outreach programs to seniors and youth.
Samantha Landi, MA, LPC — Samantha Landi facilitates the Adolescent Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP), which receives referrals from the courts and from parents seeking help for their children. She provides grief counseling, along with counseling for individuals who experience extraordinary stressors in their daily life, and incorporates EMDR in the treatment of post-traumatic stress disorder. She served in the U.S. Navy and earned master's degrees in education and clinical mental health counseling from Georgian Court University. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor and is pursuing certification in neurofeedback and areas of neurotherapy in addition to her LCADC licensure.
Danielle Pfeiffer, LPC, LCADC, SAC, DRCC — Danielle Pfeiffer is the Student Assistance Counselor at Ocean Township High School and the coordinator of the Township of Ocean Growing Strong (TOGS) youth program. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor and has been on the staff for more than 14 years. She works with individuals and families and also provides evaluation and treatment in the area of addiction.
Rosbel Puello, MA, LAC — Rosbel Puello works with adults and youth, counseling individuals, couples and families with a wide range of concerns. In addition, she provides counseling services to the Township of Ocean Intermediate School. She has a master's degree in clinical mental health counseling from Georgian Court University and is a Licensed Associate Counselor. She is fluent in two languages and works with both Spanish and English speaking clients.
Stephen Marks, MA, LAC — Stephen Marks bases his practice on the principles of cognitive and reality therapies, focusing on helping clients develop strategies for leading more adaptive and self-motivated lives through clearer thinking, improved communication and more directed decision making. He works with adults, adolescents and families in areas including anxiety, depression, codependency, substance use and relationship conflict. He has a master's degree in clinical mental health counseling from Georgian Court University and is a Licensed Associate Counselor. He has facilitated adult groups for anger management, male perpetrators of domestic violence and substance abuse, along with healthy development groups for adolescent males.
Jennifer Fria, MA, MS, LAC, NCC — Jennifer Fria works with adults, youth and families on issues that include anxiety, depression, substance use, parenting, relationships and emotional regulation. She uses a holistic approach to therapy, integrating Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Psychodynamic, Family Systems, Dialectical Behavior Therapy and Solution-Focused Therapy to best fit the client's needs. She is a Licensed Associate Counselor and has a master's degree in applied psychology from New York University and a master's degree in mental health counseling from Monmouth University. She holds a specialization in couples and family counseling and is a certified school counselor.
Margaret Holanov, LCSW, MPS, CMA — Margaret Holanov has worked in community mental health, educational, domestic violence and psychiatric settings for more than 20 years. She incorporates talk therapy, cognitive behavioral activities, journaling, mindfulness and compassion practices, sensory awareness of body and breath and other modalities to foster individual integration, growth and healing. She earned master's degrees in social work (Rutgers University) and dance/movement therapy (Pratt Institute) and completed all requirements for licensure as a Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor. She is also a certified Movement Analyst.
Jennifer Appio — Jennifer Appio serves as administrative assistant for the Community Services Department and handles the scheduling for the counseling staff and programs. She also coordinates the transportation program the serves the Township's seniors.
Judi Johnson — Program Coordinator
Supervises Project Extend, oversees numerous recreation programs including adult & youth fitness, preschool programs, and is the pool facilities manager.
Aaron Miller, CPRP — Recreation Program Coordinator
Coordinates Summer Recreation and Project Extend, oversees teen and adult recreation programs and facilitates facility scheduling, HVAC and attendants.
Jim McEvoy — Youth Sports Coordinator
